What it’s Feeling Like in Bali

Bali is feeling pretty good. It’s nice so far. We have a lot of games in our pool. There are coconut, mango, banana, jackfruit, and rambutan trees. There are a lot of flowers. There are butterflies the size of birds. And a LOT of motorcycles.

There’s a pond by our parents room, but it’s very little. It has goldfish and a lot of tadpoles. I stuck my feet in there and the tadpoles started nibbling on them. It tickled. There’s a lot of lizards here.

Since our pool doesn’t have chlorine, it’s dirty. And every once in a while, someone has to come and put cleaning stuff in it so it will be clean.

Relaxing in our pool before it was cleaned, still fun

My two older brothers have the other house here because it’s two houses, but their house is smaller.

We have a lot of wind chimes here. They’re made of bamboo instead of metal so it makes it sound different.

We order our meals so we don’t go to the store a lot, just to get snacks. The food here tastes a lot different and is so much cheaper than America. I like the flavors but there is a lot of spicy stuff.

Eventually we are going to go to a temple and I’m really excited about that. There’s gonna be a lot of monkeys there.
