After Week One of Bali.

This first week was really fun, we did a lot of fun thing like going to the beach and going to a reptile and bird park. My favorite was the reptile park, because i got to see a bunch of cool reptiles. I think the coolest I saw was a Komodo dragon. it was weird to me how it look actually happy, at the zoo of settle the Komodo dragon looks so sad, but the one here was happy, it moved and it was way cooler to see then the one in Seattle.

Something I’m super on board with is the food. The food here is so good! I’ve had my fair share of noodles but almost nothing compares to the food here. My favorite was a spicy chicken I had. It was super tasty like the perfect spice, and to make it better the restaurant had a playground. The food here is spicier then in the USA half of Micah’s face was numb after eating a hot pepper because he thought it was a green bean. Now he will never eat a green bean again.

At our Airbnb, there are two houses: a small one and a big one. Micah and I share the small house, and the others share the big house. we also have a pool and a laundry room. the pool is pretty fun because, we made this game called Drown Man (I made the name) where you have one person (the drowned man) who chases everyone in the water but the only way the drowned man can move is with his eyes closed underwater he can come out of the water but he was to stand still stand still.

What was really surprised about was our school it was super easy and enjoyable. We do Duolingo and IXL and Duolingo is super fun, IXL is not so good, but Duolingo is super enjoyable. As a family, we are all learning Spanish which is amazing, but its challenging to speak. I think I can wrap the blog up from here but my story is not over yet.
