After week one, I was wondering, how is this going to get better? Well, it did get better, by a lot. We went to Waterbom. You probably “heard” Micah talk about it, but I’m going to describe my experience there.
There were many slides, but my favorite was one called Boomerang. It was not too scary or anything like that, but the thrill, 10/10. It was one of those ones where you ride in the inflatable tube. It was a double, so my dad and I went on it. It basically went super fast down, and you had to rely on weight and friction to propel up, then back down with a lot of speed. The most horrifying ride was the Climax. It had a loop in it, and it shot you straight down. There was this one ride called Splashdown 2.0 which was a straight shot down, and that was how I got the worst wedgie of my life.

The food there was also amazing, like the slides. There was a smoothie at the water bar, called the “Berry Bliss.” It had strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, pineapples, and strawberry sorbet, best smoothie of my life by far. It tasted like, straight berries with a beautiful hit of pineapple, (which is great.)
At the waterpark we met up with a bunch of other world schoolers. They were pretty cool there was a group of Australians and a group of Italians. The group of Italians have been to 56 different countries! Which if you ask me, is crazy. I am planning to do this at least until we finish our Europe leg. They have also been traveling for six years. The Australians have been to 6 countries I think, and have settled down in Bali, to start a business because apparently its really easy to start one here.
