After four weeks of Bali I have to ask myself, how do I feel about Bali? Well, it was amazing, but I am very excited about Vietnam, because of all the stuff we are going to do. There is this place called “Vin Wonders” in Vietnam, which is a water park, theme park, zoo and more, that’s what I’m most excited about in Vietnam but there are plenty of other places in Vietnam.

My favorite thing we did this week was a cooking class. We make a lot of good food like Bali chicken curry, peanut sauce, chicken satay, soup and a few more. My favorite was the chicken satay that I made. There were 3 pieces of chicken on a skewer and the chicken was seasoned with bumbu Bali, which is a paste that they put in a lot of their cuisine.

Some other things we did was we went to the beach, where we met up with some other world schoolers. We also saw fireflies at a rice patty there we also had some food, that a cooking school was making. Another thing we did there was learn how they grow the food and we learned about their homes, naming, and tradition.
